I worked as a software developer for a local research company for several years. In 1994, as the Internet started to make headlines, I changed course and launched the first of several Internet companies that I still run to this day.

Much of my time these days is spent running the Santa Barbara Tourism Company (also known as SantaBarbara.com).

I volunteered to create sbclassof81.com at the 25th Reunion committee meeting so people could have an easy way to signup for the reunion. As a natural extension to that, I decided to develop this "Class of 81 Directory" so we can all stay in touch without paying money to classmate web sites.
